We want our students to leave Kingsburg Elementary Charter School District holding onto the belief that their most special moments that will last a lifetime and have shaped their hearts in the best way were made here with us before we sent them off to the world to be the best they can be! - Mrs. Lee, Principal

Rafer Johnson Jr. High School Choir Performing - Crowded Table

We want to create a crowded table here at Rafer where together we are committed to sowing the seeds, planting a little happiness, letting the roots run deep, and showing love in order to receive love. This song radiates the hope/desire/goal/vision that we want to foster on our campus and the beauty of hearing it from our students' voices confirms that this work we do is worth it. It's so challenging and exhausting at times, but when we can all meet at the table where each of us belongs the work is absolutely worth it.

Mr.Pasalakis had the pleasure of taking the Rafer Johnson Jr. High Chamber Choir to Knott’s Berry Farm for their first trip to Music in the Park. After the most incredible performance of the year the choir not only got to spend an entire day in the park, riding rides, eating food, and spending time with their family and friends, but also received the honor of 1st place in the category of Women’s Ensemble with Outstanding Vocalist awards going to 8th grader Molly Reddell and 7th grader Maleah Ortega!
